Why do we need to use crowd control?

There are many reasons associated with the use of it and it is important to apply as well. Here are some of the reasons listed below.

1. It keeps the public safe from any unintentional danger or risk.
2. It keeps the host safe from the violation of the public if they go aggressive due to being drunk at parties or riots to occur.
3. The most major reason why it needs to be carried out is that it makes an event successful as the higher the security is, the higher the chances are for an event to be successful. No one likes a failed event due to a lack of security and unexpected riots and fights at any event which causes fear in public and thus it makes a bad impression on the event which makes it a major failure.
4. Lastly, another important reason to carry out crowd control is to make sure there is no use of an illegal drugs and violation and harassment at the event, so in that crucial moment, it is important to make sure there is a security to check the outside public from brining any illegal items inside the event which may not be intended to be used, even at some places there are no cameras allowed to record and in that particular moment security needs to check a person before they can pass in and when they are cleared, they pass the public. So to follow the rules, it is important to undergo the procedure.

1. Hiring the security guards

When it comes to the security of any event, the most basic and most safe procedure is to hire the security guards who will keep the check on the public.

Advantage of hiring the security guards

• They will keep a check up on the public from preventing any action for causing any riots and use of illegal weapons inside the event. The security guards will take strict actions immediately if anyone from the public is found for causing to violate the rules and the laws. By this, the public will stay safe and so will the host. 
• They are the most effective type of security for crowd control. 

 Disadvantages of hiring the security guards 

·       They charge a lot for providing security and as they are expensive to be hired for an event. 

2. Making the barriers 

When you are low on budget and you do not have enough budget, you can make the use of it from your own. They are proved to be effective but depends on how well you can make it.

Advantages of making the barriers

·       They are made from the available resources such as metal bars, rocks etc. It helps to limit the violation and maintains security in the event. 

Disadvantages of making the barriers 

They are not much effective and secured type of crowd control as they can be broken by weapons and cannot keep the check up on the public as they cannot act as humans and take actions immediately to prevent it.
